NutriLife Clinic was founded by Janine Fahri, BSc (Hons) MBANT CNHC.
Janine read BSc (Hons) Psychology at the University of London, and subsequently pursued a media career within the health and lifestyle sectors. This experience, coupled with personal childhood illness, cultivated an interest in the relationship between diet and optimum health and led her to London's renowned University of Westminster. Janine was awarded First Class Honours in BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy and won The Nutri Centre Prize for outstanding academic achievement.
Adopting a practical and caring approach, Janine devises personal nutrition and lifestyle programmes tailored to suit individual needs. Janine also presents seminars to the general public and corporate sector on a variety of topics including healthy eating, weight loss and stress management. In addition to her private practice, Janine lectures to the medical profession on specialised subjects including inflammation, digestive dysfunction and drug-nutrient interactions. She has gained an excellent reputation with the country’s eminent consultants and surgeons whereby mutual referrals ensure a collaborative approach to patient care.
Janine is frequently quoted in the media as an authority on the role of nutrition in optimum health and she regularly contributes to leading publications including The Times, Telegraph, Runner’s World, Men’s Health, Red, More! and Marie Claire, and she is the resident nutrition expert for the Daily Mail and ELLE magazine.
Janine carries comprehensive professional indemnity insurance and is a full, accredited member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) whose Code of Ethics and Practice governs standards of professional practice in Nutritional Therapy.
