Initial Consultation
The initial consultation involves:
- Gathering information about your medical history and current health.
- Evaluating your diet and lifestyle.
- Assessing your mental and emotional wellbeing.
- Goal-setting for your health and life in general.
- Explaining how factors may be impact upon your wellbeing.
- Recommending a personalised nutritional and lifestyle programme.
- Discussing the use of dietary supplements, where applicable.
- Advising on the practical implementation of your programme.
Specialist laboratory tests may also be recommended to provide further information on the condition and functioning of your body. Please refer to the Laboratory Testing section for more information.
We recommend that you allow at least one hour for your initial consultation.
Of note, a comprehensive questionnaire will be emailed to you prior to your initial consultation. The information gathered from your completed questionnaire and health screen checklist will be used to conduct a ‘pre-treatment clinical assessment', and it will form the foundation for your preliminary personalised programme.
Further time will also be spent researching your individual case to ensure that you receive the most appropriate advice, tailored to your personal needs.
First Follow Up Consultation
The first follow-up consultation is usually scheduled for 1 - 2 weeks after the initial consultation.
This is designed to monitor your progress, clarify any points, and adjust your personal programme as necessary.
Allow up to 1 hour for your first follow-up consultation.
Subsequent Consultations
Further follow-up consultations may be advisable, and these are scheduled according to your individual needs.
