The Offloader is for you if you’re feeling fed up or overwhelmed and you just need to offload your troubles and woes, your worries and fears, or any persistent thoughts that are driving you to distraction.
Once you’ve got everything off your chest in complete privacy and confidence, which can be therapeutic in itself, I will help you decipher the wood from the trees. We can then devise a coping strategy to help navigate you through the mire and out the other side, unburdened, balanced and with a positive perspective.
The Map is for you if you feel that you’re currently lacking direction and purpose. Perhaps, you are contemplating ‘who’ you really are or you’re wondering ‘what’s next?’ for you in life. Alternatively, you may be bored rigid and feel clueless on how to manage your time for maximum productivity and personal fulfilment.
During this session we will identify your key strengths and abilities, your aspirations, your likes and dislikes, your current limitations, and what resources you may need to help float your proverbial boat.
The Health MOT provides an opportunity to improve your general health - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Initially, we will review your current symptoms, medical history, and your diet and lifestyle. I will subsequently identify any system imbalances in your body, and explain how these may be impacting upon you.
Personalised recommendations will then be made for your optimum health and wellbeing, so you look and feel your best.
The Voyage of Self-Discovery involves a special ‘psychological’ guided meditation designed to be informative and insightful on a deep and personal level.
Not only will you learn some interesting and surprising revelations about yourself, but this specialised technique reveals subconscious blocks that may prevent you from moving forward or living your best life possible.
As the title suggests, The Relaxer is for you if you’re feeling fearful, stressed, anxious or worried, or generally just wired and tense.
Armed with practical tools, tips, resources and strategies to help soothe and relax you, this workshop will help you to better manage the stress in your life and remain balanced in our chaotic world.
The Life Assessment workshop involves a specific exercise designed to concentrate on the key areas in your life, and identify any deficits or imbalances. Work-life balance for many is now ‘work-life integration’ as we spin plates and juggle commitments to please others and try to fit everything into the day.
This workshop will ultimately help you to redefine your priorities, and develop clear strategies for a more balanced, fulfilling life.
All virtual wellbeing workshops are £150 per session.
There is no limit on the number of sessions you can purchase, whether that be a combination or some of the same theme.
A special rate is available for block bookings. You may also purchase sessions as a gift for a loved one or a struggling friend.
